Our sun-drenched, 100 square meter ballroom in Lauterbach offers space for 25 to 50 people and is the perfect place for your next celebration. With a charming outdoor terrace and a wonderful view of the Greifswalder Bodden, the day is guaranteed to be unforgettable!
The Kormoran restaurant is ideal for private parties - 51 to 70 people can come together here for their own event. Our winter garden is a very special place that can accommodate smaller groups of up to 25 people.
It is particularly important to us that you can enjoy a carefree time at your celebration - and that is why we are happy to pamper you with a personal service. On request, we will put together an individual offer for you with meals and accommodation. The experienced team at our Kormoran restaurant will be on hand to help you with the planning, preparation and implementation and will of course take your suggestions and ideas into account.
Where work becomes pleasure
Here, every conference becomes an unforgettable experience for all participants: Our 100 square meter seminar room comfortably accommodates up to 50 people - of course with a wonderful view of the sea.
The room rental for our conference room naturally also includes high-quality technical equipment. Depending on your needs, you can book either half a day (four hours) or a whole day (24 hours). If your event lasts several days, participants have the option of staying overnight in our water holiday world.
We also get the details right: In addition to the rooms, we offer a wide range of additional services to ensure that your conference is a success in every respect. In addition to an extensive full board package, you can also book a coffee break with small treats to refresh yourself. We would be happy to make you an individual offer for our additional services - just talk to us. Of course, we can also help you to put together a supporting program and organize water sports events, such as sailing courses with skippers or a three-hour regatta. This involves a real race with a maximum of four participants per boat. Pure regatta feeling and real team building.
