Receptionist / Hotel Specialist (m/f/d) Full-time (39 hours/week)
Job by the water – Join our team in Bremerhaven

Your area of responsibility:
- Reception and support of our hotel and port guests
- Conducting check-in and check-out as well as processing reservations
- Telephone and email correspondence
- Advice on leisure activities and regional highlights
- Organization of the processes at reception
- Support in the adjacent marina, in particular:
- Care for boat guests and skippers
- Allocation of berths and port services
- Contact person for guests in the port area
- Coordination of arrivals and departures at the port
You bring that with you:
- Ideally, training in the hotel or tourism industry (not a requirement)
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Friendly and well-groomed appearance
- Independent and reliable way of working
- Good English knowledge
