If you enjoy working with people, have what it takes to be a host, are a real team player and communicative - then you are exactly right for our crew! To strengthen our team, we are looking for a hotel specialist to start training in 2022.
You will complete your training in many branches of our water holiday world. Your home base will be the Kormoran restaurant, right in our small bay in the water holiday world in Lauterbach on Rügen. Your tasks include serving and welcoming our guests in a friendly manner. You keep an eye on the dining room, are friendly and courteous, give recommendations for food and drink selections and take orders. You also serve food and drinks, create the bill and collect the money. In addition, you prepare the location for special occasions such as weddings, conferences or banquets and ensure that the event runs smoothly.
You will also learn the hotel-specific skills at the reception of the water holiday world. Check-in and check-out as well as bookings, processing reservations and communicating with our guests.
You will also get to know housekeeping during your training. Our team cleans the accommodation and sanitary facilities in our complex and ensures that our guests lack nothing.
